What year? The dashpot and bracket design changed between 1967 and 1968.
Regards,
Scott

Hi Scott,
Thx for your question.
My car was built Nov/30/66. Model Year 67.
What are the differences, interesting to know.
Thx Ralf

In 1968 the "plunger" was lengthened about a 1/4". The associated mounting bracket also changed to compensate for the longer plunger. The angle of the bracket is not as acute as the 67 and prior version. Hard to tell without them side by side.
The dashpot on the bottom right is the later longer version. The bracket on it I believe is from a truck. I haven't done any research on the bracket variations between cars and trucks to know for certain though.

Thx for the picture. Yes, indeed, closely looking there are some differences.
So, I'm still looking for a dashpot (67) incl. bracket and screw.
