-the two verticle by headlights are sunken head Flag Bolts
-eight of the top fender bolts are also sunken head Flag Bolts (these are the same that were on my May 15, 1969 Assembled Boss 9)
-there were four unique flat bolts on the fenders (two on each side very first and last on the fenders)

Hope this helps.

Have a mix of fender bolts on cars made just before the OP's car also (in the 9F15xxxx range)  which include the three letter flat style also.  Those appear to have found there way into the regular 69 production  at Dearborn at different times during the production year. Have them on fenders and spring cover locations

Those look like the RSC bolts. Interesting they are on the ends of the fenders only. For now going with the flag style bolts unless future information indicates they aren't correct. What I can see of your car looks impressive.

just  for some more info, the bolts were yellow cad 2- I know a lot of you are going to say they were silver- 100% incorrect as I have had 3 original Mustang never molested and 1 was a11K mile Boss 429,
When I took the bolts off the underside were a yellow cad and talking to my platers they were yellow cad and the heat, sunlight, ozone over time took off the yellow cad.

I also over the last 30 years plus and going to the junkyard here in Calif as when I was removing these bolts off hundreds of Mustangs they were about 90% had yellow cad on the underside of bolts.
