Subject:  Need a Convertible top Trim Strip for TAN '65-'66 Convertible top.

Does anyone know where I can find the rear top strip for the top rear of the convertible top.  It is the rear strip that "folds-over" and hides the staples.  The tips I can get from NPD, I just need the rear top strip in TAN.   It was missing on my '65 convertible when I bought it two years ago.

The aftermarket 'wire-on' is not correct for a 65-66 or actually any Mustang convertible up through 1990.  The original was a 2-piece soft plastic material.  This is sold in NPD catalogs.  You'll have to buy white and dye it a tan color that matches the top.

Darn, I have to dye it....Oh well...Guess that's what I'll have to do..!
