Title: 65-66 GT Rear Exhaust Hangers
Post by: bryancobb on February 03, 2010, 09:38:41 PM
Charles,

I have two new (GT) exhaust hanger brackets that bolt on the rear frame rails just in front of the rear spring shackle.  One is longer (Suffix B), one is shorter (Suffix A), which is left and which is right?

On the left side, the exhaust pipe is closer to the frame rail than on the left side, so I would think the shorter version (A) goes on the left.

+1, Just hold them up to the car and it will be self-explanatory!   :)

Just thought I needed to clarify to avoid getting FLAMED!
I AM NOT TRYING TO CONVERT MY C-CODE INTO A FAKE GT!
I am just going to put Arvinode exhaust on it in a way that it looks just like Ford did it on the assembly line.
