Title: Rear backup light gaskets
Post by: astat1 on May 05, 2010, 12:05:01 AM
Does anyone know of a source of a good repro for the gray gaskets? I have purchased 2 sets from different vendors (one was NPD and can't recal the other). They simply don't fit. Occasionally the black ones come up on eBay (what were they used for?), and original gray ones even less ($$$$$). Thanks

The black gaskets were service parts.  I had a pair of those on my Vert and soon learned that you will be docked because they're not the "original" grey gaskets. I purchased my repros from Virginia Mustang.  NONE of these fit on easily.  You'll need 4 hands to get them to stay in place when installing the backup lights.
