67 S code GTA San Jose April 67
Is there a difference in sizes between any of the radiator supports small block vs big block, I put in a NOS rad support and it is too narrow for the holes to line up on the 390 radiator shroud
-
Master Parts Catalogs show only one radiator support, with no engine differentiation. Original Part # C7ZZ-16138-A, which was replaced by C7ZZ-16138-B in March of 1968.

There is an early and late version (change was during 67 production) of the radiator support but not one for each engine size but it didn't include a change in bolt hole locations
The radiator shroud on a big block does not attach to the radiator support and the radiator is not directly attached either but instead cradled between an upper and a paint of lower insulated mounts as discussed in another thread last week I believe
Picture of your issue and the parts your working with might help

My inexperience got the best of me , didn't do my research got my rad shroud today and thought it would line up with holes in rad support ,there wasn't one on the car when I got it might be missing some brackets
-
Jeff is of course correct in that the 390 Radiator did not mount into the holes on the radiator support as did 289 radiators.
I should have attached the following from the Body Assembly Manual.

To help connect the dots, the early - late differences were discussed in detail in these two posts:
