I’m traveling at the moment. Can anyone look up the d4zz-2a091-a kit and tell me what parts should be in it?

Hard to believe I found a NOS power disc brake conversion kit on eBay.  It was incomplete but it had all the hard to find parts such as the booster, brake lines and pedal. And it’s a 1 year only kit.
