Title: 1966 Tail Light Housings
Post by: Twilight65 on October 30, 2009, 07:48:16 PM
Can someone tell me the correct hardware to use when installing the tail light housing to the tail light panel. When I was dismantling, I had one side that just had the stamped nuts on all four studs, while the other side had stamped nuts on the two bottom studs and stamped nuts with an angle metal piece on the two top studs. My 65 is the latter with angle pieces on the top two. Had me wondering which is the correct way. ???
Thanks,
Dave

you should have the angled pieces on the top of both housings.

Thank you Sir. Now I'll need to find a couple of replacements.
