Title: build sheet wheel code
Post by: x66fastbackx on December 04, 2009, 11:19:33 PM
I have my build sheet for my 66 an was wondering is there a spot on the sheet that describes what rims came with the car (styled or black steel)  here is a link of my build sheet though I do have a better copy.

The flash on the picture obscures the Wheel section, which is 2 to the right of the Battery section on the bottom row.  If you post the code, we can tell you what wheels/wheel covers were ordered for the car.

There is no code in this box marked WHL CVR/ FEND SHLD .It is blank. I guess this means black steel wheels with standard hub caps. Wow but its a GT.

In the tire section it says tire C type 1

To elaborate a little on your tire codes, the "C" stands for 6.95x14, and the "1" stands for rayon white sidewall tires.

I should send you all a copy of my build sheet as there are a few other unknown codes on it.
