Horn Pitch

Am I correct that the LOW pitched horn goes on the driver's side and the HIGH pitched horn goes on the passenger side, on my MAR 66 Metuchen car?

I don't remember the side to side based on the horn sound, but it should be obvious which side gets mounted where based on the orientation of the horns.
