Little too round on the head.  I have a little more steel to take off so it looks more correct.

And on the 53138 question, I think its just indicating the entire rear side rail.  They are 53138/53139.  In the pic it does look odd, like some part attached to the side of the rail, but I'm pretty sure its just the flange where the weatherstripping goes on the right hand side, not a separate part....
