Title: 1969 B2 Radiator Overflow Tank
Post by: Gcodecowboy on May 09, 2022, 12:39:17 AM
Did the 1969 Boss 302 come with a Radiator Overflow Tank? If so, does someone have a picture of one that is installed?
Thank you,
Mike

+1 Though an found add-on on any Ford product and very popular in the 80-90s

Owners typically fill radiators to the top and then the radiator spits out fluid and develops an air pocket through the process of heating and cooling of the system

Rad overflow tanks were a law at some tracks and what class u raced in back in the day.  I took many off performance cars and filled mounting holes.

That is exactly what mine did when I arrived at a car show on Sunday. Well, at least it's not too full now.  ;)
Thanks for your input.
