Window bolt adjustment plug / caps
«

Does anyone know what the correct finish for the caps on the latch end of the door would be? These are the caps that cover the holes where the window track mounts above and below the latch? My car is a 66 (11/65) Dearborn convertible.

I've always seen them painted body color.

That is how I have always seen them too. Wasn't sure if this was how they were originally, or just how they all ended up after restoration. Thanks for the reply!

Early 64.5 cars had un-painted plugs.
