Title: New to me-Engine plate anti-rattle seal
Post by: Brian Conway on September 12, 2018, 03:15:02 PM
First time seeing one of these.  A product from NPD.  Has a C4OZ-6424-A  identification so Ford must have made and installed it at one time ?  For use with manual trans cars.  Brian

They usually deteriorate over time.  I have some examples with the seal.

Convenient to be able to buy. I have always had to make them before. I don't know how many engines I have built and installed where I forgot to add that little piece of insurance. Good deal that it is available ready made.
