Title: Tire date codes

Hi all,

  Where would I find date codes on older polyglass shelf tires with the tire size.  F70-14.  I'm not sure if there is a date on these.  Is it only on the original off the assembly line tires?  Anyone got a pic of a date on a tire?  Thanks

I got all five of my tires date coded. 
1)  MDLD Y4A133   13th week of 1973
2)  MELD  Y4A511   51st week of 1971
3)  MELD  Y4A262   26th week of 1972
4)  MDLD  Y4A412   41st week of 1972
5)  MELD   Y4A064   6th week of 1974
  I think I did that correctly.
