Going through my parts stash. I believe this is an original 69-70 Master Cylinder Cap.
Is it more desirable than reproductions or scrap metal?
Thanks

Yes used on 69/70. Definitely not scrap metal. I am not sure what the repros sell for . NPD sells them or used to but you will have to call to get a idea given the price in the link must be a typo. https://www.npdlink.com/product/cap-master-cylinder-exact-repro-2-vent-style/196024

+1 You should not have too much problem finding a new home. Plenty of those made but tons of them tossed over the years

Thanks Bob. I'll take half of the price in the NPD link. ;D
Seems the gasket with the round tabs is Mopar and the correct Ford one should have rectangular tabs. ???
Hopefully I can find a good home for the cap.

Thanks Jeff.
It was in a bag I had marked as a 'Concours' part so hopefully it will go to a good home.

Yes a high price. Yep square tabs are what they were assembly line. Best of luck on finding it a good home.
