Title: ? about 93 Cobra wheels

All of the pictures of 93 Cobras I see have what look to be Silver Painted Wheels. I have a Black 93 Cobra with highly polished wheels(almost chrome looking) with a dark charcoal painted insert on the inner edges of the spokes.

Has anyone ever seen that?
