Is there a rubber body plug in the hole on the front apron the washer bottle fits up against. It seems to me that having a plug here makes it hard to install the plastic bottle strap to the apron without bending it.I've seen this plug put in some cars at shows and it just doesn't seem right Any thoughts Lu

I don't think mine has a plug behind the bottle but I'll take a look and let you know what I find.

After closer inspection I do see the plug. It is installed from the wheel side so the smaller rubber button is into the engine compartment. It is close, but does not interfere with the washer's horizontal mounting strap.
