Title: 69 Mach 1 Seats and Carpet

My Jan built, 69 Dearborn S Code Mach 1 is Winter Blue (P5). The seats that I removed have a grey colored horizontal stripe in the seat. The interior code is 3AA. The carpet was gone when I bought it.

All photos and articles I read say that the stripe in the seat and the plastic insert in the carpet should be red. I read an old Ford bulletin that said on Winter Blue cars, the stripe was grey and the floor inserts black.

Can any one confirm or add insight.

Do you have a copy of the bulletin you mentioned. I don't recall seeing documentation from Ford that tied the interior or highlight to the exterior color and would be interested in seeing that.

Will check to see what I have in pictures from original cars.
