Title: Yellow top coil motorcraft B6T-12029-A

Can anyone tell me what the application would be for a yellow top coil Motorcraft B6T-12029-A.  See pics.  Thanks.

Based on the part number (B6=1956), it may be a 6 volt coil. It does not appear in Ford Car Parts.

Probably not as it says 12 volts on coil. I dont have part #s handy but there is a yellow top thats a little longer than typical one thats used for transistorized ignition
