WTS C8ZZ-18813-B antenna

What is the value of the C8ZZ-18813-B version of the antenna, in Ford box, as pictured?

Is it appropriate for any Mustang, or was this a "watered down" version from the 80's or 90's that is not correct for anything?

IMHO that looks like an over-the-counter replacement, not used in production.
