Original air cleaner top, in good condition, not dinged but should be re-chromed. No lower base. $200
Restored button top fuel pump, one spring.  Restored by Fred Ballard. $275
Manual choke cables, have 2 one for $75 center of C missing some color, the other $50, bracket is pitted.
Re-surfaced and re-worked hipo heads both date code 43H. Complete with valves and springs. Nice. $1800
Hipo fan in nice condition date code G4. $750
Hipo balancer date code 4H.  This balancer is in very good condition. The ring is in very good condition. $500
Hipo Exhaust manifolds in real nice condition, date code on passenger side B165, date code on driver side looks like ?175, $450 These are a lot nicer than the ones that sold on eBay for close to the same money.
Also have a driver side hipo manifold, pitted but no that bad looking. $75
Re-chromed hipo valve covers, no dings but the chrome on the some of the edges looks like it didn't take. $60
Have NOS door handles, exterior and interior.  Have NOS emblems, parking lens covers, Mustang 2+2 emblems and various fiberglass parts.
1966 manual radiator for you Shelby guys C4ZE W MO date code 1 66, $500
I have owned 12 1965 and 1966 mustangs, all but 3 were fastbacks.  I currently own 2 1965 fastbacks and 2 1966 fastbacks.

NOS bumper guards in box and ford plastic. Have large and small NOS bumper guards. $150 each
NOS interior door handles and window cranks for both 65 and 66 years with ford boxes.  $150 each.
Have 4 1965 window handles in real nice shape. $75 each
NOS (4) exterior door handles in ford plastic. One is in ford box. $200 each
Hipo transmission HEH-T vin stamped 5R07K137889 with 4 spd shifter and rods.  $2200, $1900 w/o shifter and rods. Trans has the typical hipo orange markings.
Hipo camshaft. I am not an expert but it looks good to me.  I imagine it would need to be machined. In ford box. $250
Reproduction hipo camshaft from Marv Shaner.  Includes repo solid lifters. $350
NOS solid lifters 8 of them in box C3OZ-6500-A.  $100
NOS vent window rubbers (2) with ford sticker C5ZZ-6530146-B. Rubber in good shape. $50 for the pair.
Hipo emblems in ford boxes. $75 each.
Autolite switch in box, 4 of them C7ZZ-13480-A. $20 each.
NOS trunk locks with rubber seal, one in ford box, one in ford plastic. $75 each
2 vent window handles, w/o box, chrome in excellent shape. $75 for both.
NOS bars (2) in front of grill, in ford boxes, C5ZZ8390BRH, C5ZZ8390CLH, $75 each.

There was not a specific 65 hipo lid. The first lid in your picture was used early in 65 production. The vast majority of 65 hipo's received the more conventional lid (what you call 66). Besides 65 and 66 it was also used in 67 and on the ram air setups in 68,69,and 70 . In those years the ram air /hipo lids were painted Ford Blue.

 I'm looking for 1965 - 1966 Mustang brake rotor splash shields, apparently, the company that was reproducing the original style shield has stopped/gone out of business.  NOS or used in good condition would be fine also.  Thank you.  Pat B.
