'66 289 conversion from 4 speed to C4

I'm purchasing a '65 fastback "A" code with 4 speed.  I want to replace with a C4.  Thought I'd see if any one in my area (92692) might want to make an exchange.  (Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area)
