67 289 p/s index bracket seeking installed pics

I'm refitting  my 57 389 w power steering that PO's removed.  Almost done
I'm seeking  any pictures showing the index bracket installed. Does it mount between spacer & head  Or Pump bracket & spacer? Or does it matter?

Does reply #17 or others help answer your question and yes location and order is everything?
 #32 shows the angle from the back side

Used "67 power steering" in the search to find

That "spacer" would not be present if the car was an AC car. In that case the compressor mount would fill that space
