1967 Ford Mustang Battery apron wiring harness holes
« on: July 28, 2020, 08:00:50 AM »
Good morning
I noticed my starter relay harness is not secured with the push in clip to the battery apron. Does anyone have any pictures of how the harness is mounted and where the push in clip hole should be. My battery apron is a replacement panel. Thank you in advance for any and all info.

Thank you so much. Very sorry to hear about your car fire. Were you able to salvage your car? What was the cause?  Thank you again!

Attached is a picture of our 1967, January 31, 1967 Dearborn Convertible with Power Top, that clearly shows the clip by the Battery Tray.

You are very welcome.

The fire was a couple of years ago and it almost as good as new with some help from my friends.

I had used a propane torch in the shop the night before and the valve malfunctioned. The car did not burn just got smoke damage everywhere.

Sorry a little late to the subject

Here is an example from a 7T23xxxx example

Plus since you asked about holes for the wire harness in that panel there is the one under (wire loom runs between the battery tray and inner fender panel) below the battery area as shown below. Round opaque retainer
