I have a copy of the hard to find and ridiculously expensive Donald Farr Boss 302 book in very good condition that I'd love to get into the hands of someone here that can use and appreciate it. I have found a few listed for around $500-$750 online. $250 OBO.

Firstly, best of luck with the sale.

Back in the day I paid $275 for my first book.  But since the last Farr Boss book came out the prices have really come done... there's one currently on the Boss Registry for $150 and one sold a few weeks ago for $125.  I bought a very nice example on Epay for $100.  Amazing how times have changed.
