cleaning parts with simple green

after cleaning painted parts what should you use to prep the part for say spray bomb paint?

i would use mineral spirits or lacquer thinner. i usually beadblast first, wipe with thinner, prime then paint.

You need a metal cleaner.  I like the omni mx190 cleaner for small parts.

If you are out of Metal Etch, you can substitute vinegar  :o, diluted with water.
