The site is new - JD Larson has had a site on the web for a number of years. I've ordered a few items over the years (not many) but know others that have. Believe its a small operation so wait time may seem longer than elsewhere - especially when JD is out buying a load of parts. Agree with Charles - give them a call and see if they received your order
