Please help ID this BF Goodrich Space Saver Tire/Wheel Application

It's been under a shelf in my garage for 15 years and I'd like to know what it is so I can get rid of it. 4 3/4 bolt spacing.

I'm thinking 1978 ford but I can't find a Ford logo anywhere. It's going back under the shelf.
