1995 Buck Tag Decode

Can anyone point me to where I can get information on decoding the Buck Tag on my 1995 SVT Cobra?

A lot of the stamped coding on the metal BUC is repetitive from the large driver side VCL label that is affixed to the B-pillar.

Also, see my other thread in here regarding finding out the 94/95 date info from the BUC, and the image of mine in the thread.  It may help you out.
