69 Shaker Hood emblems

I have a 69 R code Mach1. It is an April 69 Dearborn car.

The shaker has both a 428 emblem and the CobraJet script on the side.

Did it leave the Factory that way?  In a lot of ways this car is fairly unmolested but that is no guarantee.
