67 fuel lines

Restoring a 67 coupe, 289, C4, non-AC, manual drum brakes and manual steering. Will upgrade to power front disc brakes and power steering during the restoration. When I removed the fuel lines prior to the car going to the body shop, I failed to pay attention to them. Were they 1 piece or 2 piece, 5/16 or 3/8? The car was built 5-11-67 in NJ. Just curious if there is a way to figure out if they were 5/16 or 3/8, 1 piece or 2 piece.

Your later built 67 will most definitely use the two piece fuel line . The fuel line would have been the 5/16 diameter from the factory.

5-11-67 is considered a late 67, and 5/16" would factory correct?

A 6 cylinder and a 289 would have had a 5/16" and a 390 would have had a 3/8" fuel line?

All sizes of engines 6 cyl,289,390 had the 5/16 line in 67 production. 3/8 line was used on all sizes in 68 production.

Yes, keep in mind that the 67 used the C7ZF-A fuel sender which is 5/16 and the 68 production used the C8ZF-A fuel sender which is 3/8 .
