Title: '65 Trunk rod insulator
Post by: C5ZZKGT on August 04, 2009, 11:23:17 AM
I have been looking for a correct trunk rod insulator (THE SPIRAL ONE) for my '65 Convertible (Charles has responded saying he has one he'll sell me) and I just received an Email from a "Karl" at Tony Branda's saying he has got them and it takes 2 per vehicle......I made sure I capitolized the word "SPIRAL" just as I have done here and thats the answer I got.....I have really not paid much attention to other cars insulators until now and mine only has 1 insulator that was installed during the restoration......Does it really take 2?? wow, if that is correct it'll cost me a whopping $4.50 for 2 of these things from Branda!!
