Title: Need to change my email address- How do I do it?

Help,
changed service providers and not getting my Concourse Mustang emails...........
....not sure how much longer I can go on........
....need.......help........ple.....ase........

forum profile tab then to account settings should do it.

I went there previously but I need to retrieve my password and thats where I'm stuck. How do i do that?

Click on Profile -> Account Settings.  The email is about the fourth thing in that list.  Update it, scroll to the bottom of that page, and click "Change profile'.

I keep getting this:

"For security reasons, your current password is required to make changes to your account."

This is why I'm trying to find out how to retrieve my password? Are there any Moderators on here that may her able to help?

So you have found the edit my profile page.

Just enter your new email and enter your password (Current password line) at the bottom of the page (last box) and click on the box to your right

Just tried it and it worked for me

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for chiming in.
I have had to create a new account because my last one had "timed out" of log in days.
As stated above, I have forgotten my password so I can not enter it in and when I request it it sends it to my old email which I no longer have activated because I can't change it to my new email address. I am in a Concourse Mustang Forum Vortex! Ahhhhh!
I'd like to continue using my original account as I have a heap of info on there that I need. Getting a little desperate now. I need my CMF! :o

Did you not get my private message with the new password?

If you're able to login and make posts, surely you can see your messages?

Thanks for that but I can not log in as 66RavenGTCoupe at the moment for the reasons mentioned earlier. Can you please PM me the password to my recently opened account being 66RavenGTCoupeAgain so I can use it to log into 66RavenGTCoupe.

I can only change your password, I can't view what it currently is.

Is it possible that when you change my password it can be sent to a different account like my new one? (66RavenGTAgain) This way I can view it and activate my old account.

Another option could be if you could change the email address on my old account so I get your message with the password as the address that is on there is no longer in use. I can PM you my new email address if this would work?

E-mail updated in old account, but since it is the same one you used in the new account, I had to change the e-mail in the new account to a bogus e-mail.

I have requested my password via email. It should work as I have started getting my thread post updates again. I have slowly come out from the corner and unravelled myself from the foetal position and have began eating solid food again. Will try turning the lights and TV on tomorrow. Going cold turkey like that was tough!

I'm having a similar issue.  I got a new computer which does not "remember" my password.  I tried jumping through the "lost password" / reset password hoops, but I'm not getting anything in my mailbox!
And I can't change the email to another address because I don't remember my password.  ...I actually had to dig out the old computer to try and log in to fix my PW issues, but am not having any luck :-/

I sent a PM to Jeff asking for a password reset, but figured I would post here too.
