Title: gas tank Stencel

More discovery on my car this afternoon, anyone seen a gas tank stamp like this before on the gas tank.   stamp says republic steel cleveland ohio

Guess you know this but this is the coil markings put on by the steel mill when the coil of galvanized steel was rolled.

Never seen one stamped like that - when and where was your car assembled??? 

And does the tank have a stenciled part number on it?
