Title: Vapor Blasting Service
Post by: Countrysquire on April 23, 2019, 09:36:10 AM
Vapor blasting service for aluminum and other parts.  Make the parts look and feel new again.  Price depends on size and complexity of part, quantity discount.

How much for a small block bellhousing or a distributor body?

$15 for a distributor housing, $50 for a bellhousing.  I will send photos of the part for return shipping approval, and won't ask for payment until customer has received the part(s) and is satisfied.  Multiple parts in one box will get a discount because return shipping is easier.  Shoot me a photo or two for an accurate quote, and as long as the part isn't too dirty to ship, no advanced cleaning is necessary.

Thanks.

Here's a look at what it does with steel.  This clutch fork is from a customer's 1979 Z-28 that he bought new and is now restoring.  It's a bit shiny in the picture because I had just wiped it with an anti-corrosion coating.

On that steel piece, glass bead and tumbling probably would turn out a bit nicer.

It would be interesting to see two similar pieces side-by-side after they have been through those processes.

I haven?t updated this thread in several years, so I thought I would post some photos of some interesting parts that I?ve done recently.
