If you ordered a plain sportsroof or notchback mustang with a Q code 428 in 1969 would you get a non-functional hood scoop or just a regular hood?

the hood scoop was a mach 1 &  GT  part  so a plain q-code car would have a flat hood as they were usually ordered that way to be made a race car or a street sleeper.
