NPD has reproductions in black rubber. You have the common bar size.

I assume these are for the front? If memory serves me it would be 3/4".

Yes this is for the front 69 Mustang 351w GT but its defiantly bigger bar then a 3/4 and measures exactly 13/16
I tried a 7/8 bushing but it was to sloppy, So your saying I should use a 3/4 bushing for this ??

The 15/16 bar was used on the Boss 302, 69 GT350 ,GT500 among other high performance Mustang based cars in 69 . I am skeptical of 13/16 bar if factory Ford ,maybe 15/16 instead?

The Boss 302 used a number of different front sway bars depending on when they were built but that is not the focus of the issue here.

For a non- Mach I fastback with a 351W the parts books show a 11/16th size bar and a 7/8th bar

Jeff , the point I was making was that ether the larger bar is a replacement or it could be a 15/16 like what was used in other high performance Mustang models . After market bars were typically 1 inch in diameter.

Thanks for the reply's, It does measure 13/16 but either its an after market bar or 7/8 is the correct bushing and its just sloppy by nature?? Might just swap out the bar for one that I know it's source
I appreciate the info

I will measure the bar on my M code 69 Mach 1 when I'm back in town
with an open end wrench
I know it's an original

A question about this bushing in the bracket, Is it correct that the bushing is taller then the bracket??

The new bushing fits nicely in the stock bracket but as you can see it has a tapered end on it that extends beyond the bracket by about 1/4 inch It would seems that when I bolt the bracket to the frame it would squish the bushing
or am I missing something here??

Any help appreciated

The 13/16 wrench was no go, the 7/8 was go over the bar.
As you can see, original bushings protrude substantially.

The brackets were bare metal and not black originally.
