68 Mustang 4 speed shifter

Not for sale, yet...but figured this was a reasonable place to post.  A friend asking for help in determining the value of this shifter.  All of the usual references have come up empty. 

Will post here first when it goes up for sale. Thanks in advance.

I don't see the reverse lock out?

Appears to be a three speed handle mounted to a four speed shifter. Thus eliminating the lock out ring and slot for the cable.
