1967 428 engine tag

This came off a T-Bird but the question could also apply to the GT500, so I'll put it here instead of a different location.

This engine tag does not appear to have an engine assembly plant identified, like they do on the Windsor family of engines, when comparing to the examples and discussion from Bob Mannel's small block book.  Is this because all FE's were assembled at the DEP (Dearborn Engine Plant) or something other reason?

Here is how I interpret the tag:
428 = displacement (cu in)
67 = model year
2 = revision level
6 J = September 6
E 410 A = engine number

At this point I would agree that there was no need to identify the engine plant since there was only one. This appears to be the practice through at least 1970 and was also the practice on engines like the 429 and 460  cubic inch engines built in later years based on the engine ID tags I have
