C is 1960, 4 is 1964, GF E is comet Comet specific. The second row
is the design code and date, A is the code and 4AC means this carb
was built the 3rd week of January, 1964. This carb that has
the 1.12 stamped on the side as the early 64 4 bbl carbs are similar
to the hipo's, just a little different jetting.
