thin metal plate over steering column

hello, during cleaning from rust I ruin this very thin metal plate who mount over the teering column, any way to find this little metal plate? look everywere on the net but maybe beacause I don't know the name of this part. car is a 69

I don't recall a thin piece of sheet metal between the brake/clutch bracket and the dash or below the brake clutch bracket in that area.
Difficult to see the piece in the picture that you posted. Have you tried to compare what your seeing to the exploded views in either the assembly manual or the MPC exploded view section?
Both good starts IMHO
And example from a sportroof/fastback - notice the number of spacers
