Clock pointer SOS
« on: December 13, 2023, 03:21:38 PM »
Needing advice.   Anyone know the orientation of the 3 metal shims and 1 oring  shown in the photo.   Pieces flew in all directions when i finally persuaded the knob off the clock pointer.  i didn?t see which went where.  Thanks

For some reason I think I recall all went on the adjusting stem. Been ALONG time since I had one apart and hopefully someone else can confirm yes or no.

Hello AJ. I have reworked my clock some weeks ago. I haven't had such metal shims in mine. The clock hands were placed directly on the shaft... Unfortunately i did not make any photos. Greetings Frank
