Here are a couple of smaller versions, similar to the ones I use.

I use this type for hardware and small parts up to 4 inches, with metal filings as media, dry, tumble items for a week 24/7, rinse in kerosene.
This is a larger type but is a vibrator. I use "1/4 inch green pyramids", some water to cover and a couple of tablespoons of TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate, Home Depot) and vibrate for 6 to 8 hours. Don't ask how or why, but the TSP seems to inhibit rust.

Eastwood used to carry this one.
