Incredible video and unbelievable finds.
Video is blocked from being added. If you are enticed enough, search "1965 Shelby GT350 found" posted a few days ago on Youtube. Very satisfying

cannot access the video. says it not available.

I just updated the post. First time I have ever had a link blocked... a search will have to suffice.

The owner who found it is a SAAC forum member and a thread is also on that site. He finds a lot of cool cars .He sells several cars a month. He had been negotiating to sell it to a friend of mine after he first found it but has since decided to keep it according to a recent post over on SAAC. It gets quite the attention in the barn find condition it is in.

Is this the video?

Shame its been kept in such poor condition. Obviously, SOMEONE knows where this Shelby has been sitting all these years. Crazy how every so often these relics come back to the surface, and it wont be the last.
Thx Jim. I hadn't seen that message before, and thought it wouldn't play..

Amazing video and car(s). I hope we find out the back story on how all the stuff there ended up in this condition.
Rare pieces spread all around.

It's been tentatively identified as 5S269.

Believe that has been confirmed from the owner and how it was identified at the shows it was at last year. The finding is not something that took place recently - that's just some of the media coverage that is recent

What I should have included is that the Shelby VIN was not included in the video. There are a lot (yes, it is two words) of "barn finds" and it's not a subject I make a note of on each discovery. That task, I assume, is Howard's.

There have been more Shelby barn finds than cars originally produced by Shelby. At least it seems that way...

Looks like this car is one of the 65's with rear mounted battery staggered hold down bracket and Cobra vent caps.
Cars# 262, 266, 275, 277 have the same so #269 makes sense.

Wow, I'd love to know the whole story on those cars, those parts and that house.
Comments mention there was also a 66 Shelby there, and I know we are all into Mustangs, but the GN in the driveway deserves a mention as well.
