Hi folks,
witch carpet colour is the right one for a 67 Convertible with red interieur ( TMI dark red )
Can only find bright red (65), maroon or emberglo.
Also not sure witch manufactor to choose for the best result.
Thanks a lot!

Here are a few original examples to help you determine what color it likely was originally.
Of course the color you see on your screen will differ. Time of day the pictures were taken, different dates, light, angle, digital camera settings and your monitor settings all come into play here. Using the surrounding other red items in the picture should help you gauge the true colors

Hope this helps a little
Don't know if anyone is reproducing it faithfully - maybe other members will have more recent news to report

Thanks for the pictures. Guess it´s more a maroon than red.
I checked ACC Carpets and they offer 2 different types of carpets.
1. Nylon Loop
2. 80/20 Loop
both are offered with mass backing or poly backing.
Sorry, about the question, but i have no idea what to choose. :-\

The 80-20 rayon is what was original.

Would choose 80/20 with the mass back. Still will not be great carpet IMHO and check it when you get it to make sure that the carpet rows are aligned not at an angle in the pattern.
