Title: Pardon my asking but I just realized I don't know Body Panel Date Codes
Post by: QikBBStang on February 08, 2016, 06:24:18 PM
I have a pair of 67/68 style doors date codes looking over the two doors I came up with: 5 31 2W and 6 8 W2 .... I thought I knew something about this stuff, but body panels are surely not like drivetrain castings when it comes to codes.

Can anyone help me please?

There will be an outer and inner date code for each of the main panels that make up a 67-68 door.

Sorry we haven't gotten the final version of the date coding article up in the Library.  Guess it will be used more than I thought it might be
