Title: 65 Dearborn Door Hardware Installation

Can anyone please confirm if the door latch, rear door glass channel and access plugs were mounted in/ on the door prior to door painting?  I am concerned if this hardware should be body color or natural finish.  Hope my question is clear. Thank you.  The car is Jan 11 build.

the door was absolutely bare when painted. it was attached to the body.

+1   Though the door plugs were painted body color they were not on the door at the time of paint application

Door hinges, limiter and spring  and mounting hardware were in place and attaching the door to the unibody when interior and exterior color was applied
