How are those things called

Hi,
i am from germany and i wanted to buy some parts in the States. How are the rusty srews/snaps near the convertible top from the picture called?

They are called  Convertible Boot Snap Studs.  If you have a catalogue from NPD,they are part number 359274-SK for 1965-1966 Mustangs.   They are in the convertible top section of the catalogue.

They screw out.  There's a clip with a built in nut that attaches to the body, underneath the molding.  Once you unscrew the snap studs, the molding will pull up, and you can see the clips underneath.
Too much junk, too little time.
