Autolite 1100 1-V Carburetor Rebuilt
« on: October 11, 2010, 11:15:31 PM »
I just got my rebuilt carb back.  I think it looks really nice, what do you guys think?  I was hoping to install it today but I decided my original spacer is to badly rotted away so I need to find another one first.

Looks Great !
the Choke treads are still there! with no Brass adapter like most.
The diaphram has the plastic arm? I believe the arm shold be metal like the secondary diaphram on a 4100. but could be mistaken.
Motorcraft diaphrams are the only ones you can still use the metal arm with.

Believe they started using the nylon arm in 66 production (at least on 4100's)

Haven't studied the 1V's that close though

Does look good

Well mostly.  It is cross threaded but it will have to stay that way.
